Mix the dry ingredients well
Add the remaining ingredients and knead until a uniform dough forms
Shape cookies into rounds and flatten slightly with a fork
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned
