In a blender, beat the eggs, lemon, sugar, butter, milk, flour, and baking powder
Pour into a 25 cm diameter greased and floured pan
Bake for 40 minutes

In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, and lemon juice
Cover the cake while still warm and decorate with lemon zest shavings
Serve the cake after it has cooled.
