In a bowl, mix together the cheese and butter until well combined
Add the milk
Add the flour, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Finally, add the chopped pecans
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes before dropping by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet, leaving about 5 cm between each biscuit
Shape the dough with the back of a spoon and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
Remove the biscuits from the oven and serve warm to accompany beverages
Yields approximately 38 biscuits.
