1 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, salt, lemon juice, onion, and tomato
Cover and microwave at high power for 10 minutes
Remove and reserve some shrimp to decorate
Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the vegetable stock and blend until smooth
Return to the bowl, add the heavy cream and mustard, and mix
Cover and cook at high power for 1 minute
Decorate with reserved shrimp and serve.
