1 green pepper sliced into rings
2 red peppers sliced into rings

In a large skillet, build layers of cod fillets, tomato slices, onion rings, green and red peppers, parsley, and coriander
Season with black pepper and baste with dendro oil
Braise over medium heat, covered, until the peppers are tender
Serve in 12 portions.
