Preheat the oven to 250°C
Season the beef slices with salt, pepper, and paprika
Wrap each beef slice with a piece of ham
Soak the bread in water, squeeze well, and tear into small pieces
Mix with the smoked bacon and parsley
Distribute among the beef slices
Roll up and tie with twine or toothpick
Grease 4 aluminum foil sheets and place 1 roll on each
Close the packages tightly but not too tight
Heat a baking dish for 2 minutes
Place the packages in the heated dish and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
Open the packages and pour the formed broth into a small saucepan
Add the 1/2 cup of beef broth with dissolved flour and stir until cooked and thickened
Serve in 4 portions.
