4 fish fillets
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 minced garlic clove
Salt to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Tomato slices
Chopped parsley
4 fish fillets

Preheat oven to 220°C
Wash and pat dry the fish
Season with lemon, garlic, and salt
Let it sit for ten minutes
Dredge the fish in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs
In a skillet, heat plenty of oil and fry the fish on both sides
Drain on paper towels
In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce and arrange the fillets
Top with remaining tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese
Add tomato slices and sprinkle parsley
Serve immediately.
