Season the steak with salt and black pepper
Melt the butter and coat the alligator
Transfer to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness
Remove from the oven and let it cool down
Sauce:
Mix the olive oil, capers, lemon juice, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper
Slice the steak into thin strips, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and serve chilled.
