Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft
Add the garlic, then the cod and sauce
Stir continuously until the fish is well incorporated
Add the cream of milk
Include the eggs and continue stirring
Remove from heat and mix the potatoes with delicacy
Serve in individual portions or on a platter
Sprinkle shredded potatoes before serving at table
This pairs perfectly with rice and green leaf salad.
