Season the pork chops with salt, garlic, and thyme
Place them in a container, cover, and let it rest for at least an hour
Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat and add the olive oil
Add the pork chops to the pressure cooker and sprinkle rosemary on top
Fry for 5 minutes per side or until they're well browned
Add the green onions and let them cook for 2 minutes
Add water, cover, and cook until the panel comes to a boil and starts to thicken
Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes
Remove from heat and let the pressure cooker come to a complete stop
Open the pressure cooker and check if the meat is tender and cooked through
Serve immediately.
