Cover and microwave on high for 11 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time (the meat should be opaque)
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix all ingredients
Pour over the pork steak
Cover and microwave on high for 14 minutes, basting the pork steak with the sauce halfway through cooking time (the meat should be tender)
