In a 25 cm diameter microwave-safe dish, season the pork steaks with salt and garlic
Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the tangerine, and mix well
Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
Distribute the tangerine segments over the pork steaks and return to the oven at high heat for 1 minute
