    This sardella recipe serves 4 people and is very simple yet delicious. Clean 300g of fresh anchovies, removing their heads. Sauté a medium-sized onion finely chopped, 2 cloves of garlic crushed into 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add 5 red bell peppers, seeded and deveined, finely chopped. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and process using a liquidizer or processor. Let it cool down and refrigerate for several hours.
