Mix together the flour, salt, and milk
Beat well
Add the eggs and mix well
Let it rest for one hour
Pour a little of the mixture onto a hot greased pan and make pancakes about 5 cm in diameter
Brown on both sides and remove from the pan
Continue this operation until all the dough has been used up
Serve with tangy cream
