Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the sugar, pecans, and cinnamon
Moisten the hands and shape balls with the mixture
Place in a greased baking dish, leaving space between the balls
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch
Don't overbake
Dust with powdered sugar while still warm and also after cooling.
