180 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 cup of walnuts or hazelnuts, finely chopped
2 1/2 cups of waffle cookies or morena biscuits blended into a fine paste
confectioner's sugar for dusting

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, until it reaches a smooth consistency
Remove from heat and add Karo, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, gradually
Combine confectioner's sugar and mix until smooth
Add chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
Mix in waffle cookies or morena biscuits, little by little, and mix well
Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
Form into balls of 2.5 cm diameter and dust with additional confectioner's sugar
Refrigerate.
