Start by preparing the molds for the little animals using cellophane or parchment paper
Copy the designs from this page, transfer them to cardboard, and cut out the shapes
Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature
Grease two baking sheets with butter or margarine
Sift together the Wheat Flour, Cornmeal, and Cinnamon
Place in a bowl
Add the Butter or Margarine and knead until the mixture is smooth
Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin
Cut out the shapes using the molds made from paper
Gently remove the biscuits, using a spatula or spoon, and place them on the prepared baking sheets
Top with dried cranberries
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing from the oven
Decorate with chocolate sprinkles
To make the little bear faces, use only 75g of Cornmeal and add 15g of powdered cocoa
Make about 20 biscuits.
