6.7 oz of salami
2 tablespoons of English sauce

Fry the bacon until crispy
Drain well on paper towels and crumble
Process the salami with cheese in a food processor
Add the English sauce
If the mixture is too dry, add some milk
Form small balls using 1 tablespoon of dough for each
Coat with crumbled bacon
Refrigerate before serving
