2 packages of pre-made puff pastry (800g)

Preparation:

Place the cod in a large bowl and cover it with water
After 7 hours, change the water
Repeat the process four times

Strain the cod, place it in a large saucepan, and cover it with cold and clean water
Bring to a boil over high heat for 30 minutes
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 40 minutes or until the cod starts to fall apart
Strain again

As the fish is still warm, flake it apart
If needed, wear gloves
Place in a bowl and add the chopped onion, parsley, and olive oil
Mix well

Cut the puff pastry into 20x20cm squares
Place 1/4 cup of filling on each square and top with an olive
Fold the pastries in half to form a triangle and press the edges together with a fork

Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan and fry the pastries until golden brown
Serve hot.
