1 semi-processed pizza dough (120g)

4 tomato slices
1 green or red bell pepper without seeds, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, peeled and cut into cubes

100g of cured ham, cut into strips
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of oregano
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika

Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Distribute the tomato, pumpkin, and onion over the surface of the dough
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cover with strips of cured ham and sprinkle with cheese, oregano, and sweet paprika
Baste with the remaining olive oil, bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 minutes, and serve in six portions.
