Mix all ingredients with water and salt to form a dough
Knead the dough well, let it rest for at least 30 minutes
Filling: small cubes of Mina's Cheese
Cream: 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 egg yolk
Execution: Roll out the dough into long strips
Join two strips together by passing through them the cream
Cut into pieces approximately 7 cm in length
Place a piece of cheese on top and roll like a croissant
Dip in beaten egg and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake until golden brown
There should be around 90 puffs
