In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes
Add the ground beef gradually and fry for 10 minutes or until the liquid evaporates
Season with beef broth, add the crushed tomatoes, water, salt, and let it simmer for 3 minutes
Remove from heat
In a medium-sized refrigerator, make layers of sauce, dough, sauce, tomato, oregano, seasoning, and mozzarella, repeating until you finish with mozzarella
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Place in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for 15 minutes or until the mozzarella melts
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
