Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix together all ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mass
Spread and align at the bottom and sides of a 22 cm diameter tart mold
Bake in a moderate temperature oven (170°) for 15 minutes
Prepare the filling: In a skillet, melt the butter, add the onions and sauté them
Let it cool and add the cream of mushroom soup and salt
Place over the tart dough
Bake again in a moderate temperature oven (170°) until lightly browned.
