4 French rolls
4 chicken fillets
1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded
1/2 sliced cucumber
Yogurt mayonnaise 1/2 cup (challah)
1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup challah
3 cloves garlic, minced
Olive oil to taste
Lemon sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
4 slices of garlic, minced
Orange and lemon zest to taste
4 French rolls
4 chicken fillets

1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup challah

Make the lemon sauce: mix all ingredients well and set aside
Brush chicken fillets
Cook in refrigerator for 2 hours
For the mayonnaise, blend in a blender the garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, and yogurt
Set aside
Drain the chicken and grill until golden
Grill the bell peppers and cucumber
Cut the French rolls in half and spread with mayonnaise
Assemble the sandwiches with grilled chicken, red and yellow bell peppers, and cucumber
Cover with the other half of the French roll
