Cut the prawns in half lengthwise
Then, cut each part into 3 pieces vertically
In the end, make 6 prawn strips with each piece, cutting them along the length
Place the strips on a baking sheet and brush them with melted butter or margarine mixed with garlic and green onion (if you're preparing in advance, store the prawn pieces in the refrigerator, covered with aluminum foil, before baking)
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), without aluminum foil, for 10 to 15 minutes, until the prawn strips are golden brown
Serve warm
It yields 36 crispy prawn strips.
