Mix together the dry ingredients
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, stirring constantly until a granulated consistency is reached
Gradually add the milk, mixing with a fork until the dough is soft and pliable
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead lightly for 1/2 minute
Roll out the dough to about 2 cm thickness using a rolling pin or your hands
Cut into slices, place in a greased baking dish, and bake in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes
