In a medium bowl, mix well the rice, flour, egg, butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt
Filling
In a separate bowl, mix the chicken breast, onion, oregano, paprika, and salt
Grease your hands with a little oil, shape into balls with the rice mixture, flatten, fill with the chicken mixture, and shape again into a ball
Dip in egg white and then coat with flour
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Serve warm, so it doesn't lose its heat.
