Mix the ground pork with soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped green onion
Halve the tomatoes
Remove the seeds
Stuff with ground pork and drizzle with oil
Cook in a steamer or on a strainer or in a pot with a perforated bottom for steaming
Cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked through
Garnish with parsley
