In a bowl, mix well the milk, egg, and cooked rice

Add the mashed sweet potato, all-purpose flour, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt
Mix until you get a dough and reserve

Filling: In a pan, place the ground beef and cook until it dries out the moisture that forms
Add the onion, salt, hard-boiled egg, pepper, olives, and tomato
Cook for two minutes and turn off the heat
Let it cool down

With floured hands, shape the rice balls with the dough and fill them with the seasoned ground beef

Fry the rice balls in hot oil until they're golden brown.
