Remove the leaves from the artichoke hearts and remove the stems
Cut them into strips
In a large skillet, combine the onion, butter, and artichoke heart strips
Cook until the onions are translucent, stirring occasionally
Add the rice and stir well
Add the wine and let it evaporate
Add 1 cup of chicken broth at a time, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked al dente
Continue adding the broth and stirring until the rice is cooked
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Mix well and serve immediately
Serve in six portions
