Dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling
100g dark chocolate chips
For dusting
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Dough
Preheat the oven to high heat and grease the molds with butter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, yeast, cinnamon, and salt; set aside
In another bowl, combine yogurt, melted butter, egg, and whisk until smooth
Add this mixture to the reserved dough and mix quickly
Spoon half of it into the molds
Filling
Place a piece of chocolate on top of the dough and cover with the remaining dough
Dust with confectioners' sugar and place the molds in a baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven and unmold.
