1 package of puff pastry

Thaw the pastry according to the manufacturer's instructions
Cut it into medium-sized disks and set aside
Filling
Put milk mixed with cornstarch in a saucepan
Add egg yolks, one at a time, and stir well
Add sugar, vanilla extract, and stir again before heating over low heat
Cook, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens into a smooth, shiny, and encased texture
Let it cool and spread on the pastry disks
Fold them in half and arrange them in a baking dish
Bake in a medium-temperature oven preheated to the desired temperature
Remove from the oven and dust with confectioner's sugar
Serve warm.
