Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, without boiling, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring gently
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with eggs and caster sugar using a wooden spoon
Add the melted chocolate and flour gradually, whisking well
Distribute the batter among the molds
Bake for 15 minutes or until dry on the outside
Remove from the oven and demold
If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.
