Dough
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups (ch) of sugar
1/2 cup (ch) of milk
1/2 cup (ch) of water
2 and 1/2 cups (ch) of all-purpose flour with yeast
1 and 1/2 cups (ch) of chocolate syrup
Filling and topping
10 tablespoons (sopa) of powdered sugar
12 tablespoons (sopa) of chocolate syrup
3 cans of chilled heavy cream
200g of milk chocolate chips for decoration
Sauce
2 cups (ch) of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup

Dough: Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the yolks and beat again
Join the sugar, milk, and water without stopping to beat
Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the flour and chocolate syrup
Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium preheated oven
Sauce: Bring the ingredients to a boil and let it rise
Wait for it to cool completely
Filling: Mix the sugar and chocolate syrup
Put heavy cream in the mixer and, at low speed, add the chocolate syrup gradually
Beat well
Assembly: Cut the dough into 3 parts
Moisten each one with the sauce and spread the filling
Assemble the cake and top with the remaining filling
Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate and serve chilled.
