150g ground almonds
100g seedless raisins
2 large egg yolks
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup cold milk

Mix everything very well, or blend in a liquidizer (then add the raisins)
Spoon into greased aluminum muffin tin cups
Bake in a hot oven.
