In a medium bowl, mix well the rice, bread crumbs, egg, margarine, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt
In another bowl, mix the flaked chicken breast, chopped onion, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt
Grease your hands with a little oil, shape the rice mixture into small balls, flatten them slightly, fill with the chicken filling, and reshape the ball
Dip in egg white, then coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.
