1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
4 thin slices of beef
2 red leaf lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into fine strips and seedless
1 wheat tortilla disk
Salt to taste

Dress the tomato with olive oil, oregano, balsamic vinegar, and salt
On one end of the tortilla, place the beef slices, provolone cheese, tomato, and red leaf lettuce leaves
Fold the sides as if wrapping the filling
After the third fold, roll up the sandwich.
