In a bowl, combine the rice flour with the milk
Mix well
Add the remaining ingredients
Beat everything very well
Pour the dough into greased molds about 7 cm in diameter
Place in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 40 minutes
Remove from the oven and unmold
Make about 15 fritters.
