1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

6 ripe bananas

Mash the banana and pass it through a potato ricer
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour
Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly until smooth
Heat the oil in low heat
Fry spoonfuls of batter in hot oil, increase heat to medium-high and fry until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Mix sugar with cinnamon, dust over warm fritters and serve
