1 1/4 cups of breadcrumbs
1 cup of chicken broth

1 tablespoon of black pepper
750 g of beef, ground
750 g of pork, ground
7 cloves of garlic, minced
3 eggs
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 tomato, diced
Salt and black pepper to taste

All-purpose flour

1 In a mixing bowl combine the meats, breadcrumbs, 5 cloves of garlic, eggs, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper
Mix well to form a homogeneous mass
Using a spoon, shape small meatballs and dust with all-purpose flour
2 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Fry the meatballs slowly, turning them occasionally until they're cooked through on all sides
3 Reduce heat, add all the meatballs to the skillet, along with the remaining onion, garlic, and bell pepper
Cook until the onion is soft
Add the remaining ingredients
Cover, cook for an additional 20 minutes, and serve.
