1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 pound ground beef
125g of chicken liver minced
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Soak 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour in milk for a few minutes
Add the remaining ingredients except for the additional flour and fat
Mix well
Form small dumplings
Dredge the dumplings in additional flour
Fry them in fat or butter until golden brown
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Yield 16-20 dumplings.
