Sift together the dry ingredients
Add the broccoli and mix well
Separately, whisk eggs with milk, add melted butter or margarine, and incorporate into flour mixture, mixing well
Heat oil and spoon the broccoli mixture into it with a spoon
Fry fritters for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels
Serve 6 to 8 servings.
