Prepare the beef tenderloin as for a steak, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and lemon
Unfold each slice and fill with whole ham slices and a whole hard-boiled egg also
Wrap, fry in butter until golden brown, and place afterwards in a round plate
Dress with melted butter
Surround the vitela rolls with large dark plums and center with calamari in brine.
