Mix the egg with 1 tablespoon of banana puree, 1/3 cup of water, and salt
Beat well (the banana puree will break apart) and add the wheat flour until you have a smooth dough, but don't overbeat it
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Bring 3 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt and let it simmer
Dip a spoon and remove small pieces of dough, about the size of an almond, and place them in the boiling water
When all the fritters are floating, remove them with a skimmer
Drain them with cold water and pat them dry
Heat the remaining banana puree in a frying pan and fry the fritters in it for a few minutes, stirring carefully
Season with salt, and serve with sauces and gravies
