Make diagonal cuts every 2 cm along the garlic head
Mix all filling ingredients and spread between slices and over the garlic
Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil
In a baking dish, place in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through
Cut into 16 slices.
