700 g of cooked potatoes

6 cloves of minced garlic
2 medium-sized chopped onions
500 g of shrimp
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or cilantro
Salt to taste
1 egg lightly beaten
Breadcrumbs to taste

Mash the potatoes and reserve

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions until golden brown

Add the shrimp, parsley or cilantro, and salt
Mix well and cook for 3 minutes

Remove the pan from the heat and add the mashed potatoes, mixing with a wooden spoon

Shape the mixture into small balls

Dip each ball in the egg and then coat in breadcrumbs
