2 cups of chopped oatmeal
3/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of finely chopped shallot
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
For frying
2 cups of oil
2 cups of chopped oatmeal
3/4 cup of flour

For frying
2 cups of oil
Mix all the ingredients together
Use a spoon to shape into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown
Let them drain on paper towels
Serve as a snack or side dish.
