4 beautiful oranges
1 can of tuna or bonito
1/2 cup of salt (dill) or sweet herb, chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of grated orange zest

1 can of tuna or bonito
1/2 cup of salt (dill) or sweet herb, chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of grated orange zest
Cut a lid from each orange
Remove the pulp but be careful not to damage the skin
Mix the tuna with salt or sweet herb and the pulp of one orange, chopped and drained
Mix the mayonnaise with parsley and orange zest
Add the remaining ingredients and mix delicately
Fill the orange shells, piling the filling slightly
If desired, sprinkle with a little more grated orange zest
Serves 4
Note: If desired, add a bit of toasted and chopped Brazil nut or Parnut kernel.
