Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl
Make a hole in the center and add the beaten egg and milk
Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms
Heat oil and, using a spoon, drop the dough into the skillet
Fry the fritters slowly until golden brown and dust with cinnamon and sugar
Serve the fritters warm or cold.
