2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
2 cups of all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups of pineapple, diced and drained
3 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
2 cups of all-purpose flour

1/3 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups of pineapple, diced and drained

Combine the first four ingredients together
Add the butter or margarine to small pieces
Mix the egg and milk together, then add it to the previous mixture
Mix well
Pour the mixture into a greased pan and arrange the pineapple on top
Mix the remaining ingredients until they form a coarse consistency
Sprinkle over the pineapple
Bake in a hot oven for 25 or 30 minutes
Form a cake of 25 x 15 cm.
